Reservation & Purchase
To reserve a pitch from Score Football Centres Ltd online you must use the Pitchbooking Ltd system. A copy of their Customer Terms & Conditions can be viewed at https://pitchbooking.com/terms-and-conditions.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete and that you are using a form of payment assigned only to you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pitches
- Full Refund – Available where you supply, in writing, more than 48 hours’ notice before your session is due to begin.
- 50% Refund – Available where you supply, in writing, less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your session is due to begin.
- No Refund – When none or less than 24 hours’ notice is given before your session is due to begin.
- Cancellation – We reserve our right to cancel your booking and any future bookings with us if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.
- We may cancel or amend your booking at any time, in which case we will refund your booking payment, however we will not be liable for any costs, expenses or losses arising from such amendment or cancellation.

Kids Party Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the Party Booker and guests to ensure they arrive 10 minutes before the commencement of the party at the date and time stated on the booking confirmation. This is to ensure there is sufficient time to allow for registration and coach briefings.
Food options are provided online at time of booking. Should any of the party guests have any dietary requirements, Score Football Centres Ltd must be notified in advance. Detailed recipe cards are available upon request.
Extra food can be added to the party booking but must be ordered at the time of booking and will have an additional charge. If the party requires additional food after a booking is made, please notify Score Football Centres Ltd as soon as possible.
Any decorations the Party Booker wishes to supply for the party are subject to the approval of Score Football Centres Ltd Manager at the time. Only adhesive putty (BluTac) is permitted to be used to secure any decorations.
Guests remain the responsibility of the Party booker at all times whilst on the premises and centre grounds. Please ensure guests arrive and depart quietly and peacefully ensuring no disturbance to local residents.
Score Football Centres Ltd will not under any circumstances accept or be liable in respect of any damage to or loss of any goods articles or property of any kind brought into or left at the venue.
PlayCam
Prior to using the PlayCam Services, the person (Customer) that has made the booking must provide Consent to Score Football Centres Ltd before any recording is performed.
By providing Consent, the person (Customer) agrees that Score Football Centres Ltd and PlayCam Limited have no legal responsibility for any liability, claims, demands, damages and expenses arising out of, or in connection with the video recordings and/or audio (including, but not limited to, breaches of data protection, defamation and copyright).
The persons (Customer) consent includes, but is not limited:
- Consent for the Customer AND all other parties included in their bookings and/or future bookings, made under their booking account.
- Any inappropriate actions captured on the Service will be removed without the persons (Customer) consent. Score Football Centres Ltd or PlayCam Limited will not compensate any parties if any consent is ruled to breach ‘Inappropriate Content’ rules.
- Score Football Centres Ltd or PlayCam Limited will not compensate any parties for the loss of recordings due to unforeseen technical issues that disrupt the operation of this service.
All party members included in their bookings and/or future bookings, are above the age of eighteen (18).
